Beautiful three-bedroom home on a neighborly, peaceful street near Petworth Metro, Safeway grocery store, CVS pharmacy and Upshur Street restaurants.… Hardwood floors throughout, large windows with lots of light. Available furnished or unfurnished; the furniture includes a split-king adjustable bed in one bedroom, a queen-sized bed in another, a Danish mid-century dining set and a 48-inch flat-screen television. There is a spacious back deck with an electric smoker and a fire pit, shared with the basement tenant who has her own entrance but rarely uses it. There is a Miele washer/dryer set on the second floor off the main bedroom. The kitchen is newly renovated with an induction stove and brand-new dishwasher. The third bedroom is currently set up as an office but can accommodate a queen-sized bed. The upstairs bathroom has a skylight that makes showering in the morning much more pleasant. Technically, there is parking behind the house but it is quite narrow; street parking is not hard to find. I'm looking for a tenant through the end of April but open to a six-month or year-long lease.
