Tenant need to pay for utilities (internet, alarm, water, gas, electricity) and garden maintenance. Absolutely no smoking, small pets might be allowed on a case by case basis. However a pet deposit will be charged (2000$) and tenant will be responsible for a professional deep cleaning and vent cleaning (owners are allergic to cats and dogs) at the end of the lease.

There is a dual-zone central heating and air conditioning system. The main and upper floors feature hardwood flooring, while the lower level has brickwork. A raised deck and a brick patio are located outdoors. Estes Hills Elementary, Phillips Middle School, and East Chapel Hill High School are three adjacent public schools. The house is conveniently located near the Chapel Hill public bus route, and it is only a 10-minute drive to UNC and 15 minutes to Duke. There are numerous walking trails that lead to the library, parks, shopping malls (Whole Foods, Trader's Joe), and a variety of restaurants and cafes. The renter is responsible for paying utility bills (gas, electricity, and water).Renter is responsible for the garden (mowing & leaf blowing from April to Dec). We can recommend services that offer house cleaning and garden maintenance. The alarm system, pest control (quarterly), the internet (Google Fiber) and HOA are included.
