This is the perfect spot for you if you are looking for a quiet eclectic neighborhood with town close by.… The tall Ponderosas pines and quiet sounds of the Deschutes river will make you feel like your in a tranquil spot in the middle of the forest. The house is situated in a private cul-de-sac at the top of the neighborhood. Just a 4 minute walk to the river trail that can lead you along the river for a 3 mile loop. The other direction on the river trail can also lead you for less than mile walk through the park along the river to Old Mill district for shopping, dining and music amphitheater. Take advantage of this location to fill all your outdoor needs. You can jump on a trail with your mountain bike, walk your paddle board down to the river to float all the way to downtown. Quick access to Cascade Lakes Highway to play in the mountains. Everything you can think of is at hands reach. When you get back home you can store all your toys in the garage with ease and head out to a nice dinner to one of many great restaurants or brewpubs.
The newer modern style build is spacious fully furnished single level floor plan and has tall ceilings with two ceiling fans.
