The guest house is a junior 1 bedroom studio (all rooms separate) and is available for a standard month to month term, with timing based on your needs. The space is intended for single-tenant use. To keep the property comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask for: No overnight guests more than 2 nights per month No dogs or other pets (cat already on property) No smoking, vaping, drugs, or alcohol on the property No parties or loud gatherings
