This unit is privately owned and furnished to the owner's personal preference. Fully equipped kitchen includes Jenn Aire downdraft stove top, and all the small appliances. 2 car garage, with golf cart, refrigerator, tables & chairs, grill, party dishes. 2 outbuilding 24x24 work shed garage on top of hill. Parking is at the TOP of the hill, not along the road. Smoking is allowed outside and in the garage. No smoking inside. WIFI and Spectrum TV. No Pets. Lovelady public boat access a short distance around the cove. Swimming from pier on main channel. Pool and hot tub on private deck are not currently being used and are under repair. Noise ordinance hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please respect your neighbors. Over occupancy will result in immediate eviction per Caldwell County Ordinance. Residential waste goes to the Caldwell County Convenience Site about 1 mile away. There is no garbage pickup service at this time. LOCAL ATTRACTION: Hickory Motor Speed Way, Lenoir Rhyne University, LP Frank's Stadium, Hidden Night Museum, Hickory Convention Center, Catawba Community College, Hickory Furniture Market, Army Reserve Center, Arts and Science Center, Appalachian State University, Bo's Family Fun, 12 Local Golf Clubs, Hickory Crawdads, Hickory Airport.
