Lease terms

Renter is responsible for water, electricity, gas, and any optional internet or cable services. The home is offered fully furnished. No smoking is permitted inside the home; smoking is permitted in the garage or backyard. Pets are not permitted inside the home unless approved by the owner in writing prior to move-in. Renter is responsible for routine upkeep and basic consumable maintenance, including replacing light bulbs, HVAC filters, and refrigerator water and air filters, as well as maintaining general cleanliness. Owner is responsible for repairs to the home's plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances provided with the property, and other building systems, except where damage is caused by the renter, occupants, or guests. Parking is available in the garage and driveway. Preference is given to applicants seeking a 12-month lease or longer. Lease terms, security deposit, and screening requirements are subject to the rental agreement and owner approval.
