It is located in Tahoe City in a flat street neighborhood with a flat driveway providing easy access in and out. It is a 10 to 25 minute drive to several ski resorts including Alpine/Palisades, Northstar and Homewood and near the Tahoe City Cross Country Center. The house is part of an HOA with access to a neighborhood beach (only two houses from the beach) and dock for those who enjoy ice plunges! Located a mile from Tahoe City, close to many restaurants and shops and a short walk to the Tahoe House Bakery, a Tahoe favorite which serves breakfast and lunch and several to go items! The second floor of the home is the main floor. The living room has two great spaces, one side perfect for watching movies on the 65 inch flat screen and the other zone perfect for sitting and chatting or playing games. Outside is a deck with a fire pit when the snow is melted. The dining area can accommodate eight with a breakfast bar that can seat six. The kitchen is very spacious, fully equipped and perfect for making any kind of meal. The lower level hosts all four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom.
