Lease terms

Looking to start with a 6 month lease to begin with, with possible extension. Ocean View cottage in Maui Meadows neighborhood, South Kihei location. Trash/water/sewage included, electricity costs split based on usage with main house tenants. Tenant is responsible for internet/phone. No smoking allowed, pets acceptable, and at least one dedicated parking spot with at least one additional parking spot. Private mailbox/address available as well. Application fee from Zillow non-refundable. Due to high amount of inquiries, we will only reply to responses with credit score, income, where you work, number of occupants/vehicles, pets, desired move in date, lease duration, why you are moving, and previous landlord references. Any approved pets will require separate deposits and insurance. Rental Lease Agreement and Lease Agreement Inspection Checklist will need to be reviewed & signed by New prospective tenant. Renters Insurance required. Main house is not part of lease but will respect the privacy of the cottage. Looking for quiet, respectful, responsible, clean tenants who will care for the ohana as their own & enjoy the space. We will reach out to qualified potential tenant after review of application to set up appointment. Tours by appointment only.
