Lease terms

One year lease available to qualified applicant. Landscaping is included. All Kitchen appliances, washer and dryer Pets are not allowed at this location. Application Fee of $55.00 required for all tenants and cosigners if required TENANTS: This application must be filled out by all individuals aged 18 and older who will be residing in the unit, as well as any parents or guardians acting as a guarantor, if applicable. If you are a full time student, your guarantor will also need to complete an application. To complete the rental application, you will need to provide a 2-year residential history (if applicable) and contact details for your rental references. Additionally, you will need to share your monthly income information, if any. If none is available, please write "Student" on a blank piece of paper and upload. Please be aware that all properties require the applicant(s)' combined gross income to be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, along with a credit score of 620 or higher and a solid payment history. Students must provide a qualified guarantor instead of traditional income verification. 2: GUARANTORS: If you are acting as a guarantor or cosigner for your dependent, please ensure that your proof of income, tax returns, or other relevant documents are prepared for upload. These are necessary to complete your application. Each potential tenant and their guarantor must both complete an application in order to be considered for a lease. The application fee is $55.00 and NON REFUNDABLE. Paying the application fee does not ensure approval of a lease or that your group will move forward in the selection process. IF you or your group are approved for a lease with us, you will have 7 days to make your full security deposit payment, and to sign the lease. If both steps are not completed within 7 days of notification, the house will move on to the next qualified applicant or group of applicants in line.*
