Our 520-square-foot space is bright, has high ceilings, and has a balcony off the dining space. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, an extremely comfy American leather couch, and an eating area with floor-to-ceiling windows. This sleeper couch is the most comfortable sleeper couch available. The Perfect Cityzen will be a carefree experience for your stay in Victoria. For the security of owners and guests alike, there are security cameras mounted outside the front door of the building and in the building's interior hallways. There is a decibel monitor in the living room of the condo that monitors but does not record sound. This is such a great complex, and we have multiple units here, which is great for large groups or extra-large families needing multiple units. All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.
