Lease terms
Renter is responsible for all utilities. This includes water, gas, internet, and electricity. Renter also is required to purchase a renter's insurance plan and must provide proof to landlord with contract valid for duration of lease. Base rent price includes HOA fees. No pets allowed. Paystubs or proof showing that renter makes at least 3.5x monthly rent are required. Criminal, Background, AND credit check required via the Zillow application process ($35). At least two references for past rentals are required. No other application fees are applicable. Smoking absolutely not allowed indoors OR garage. Violation will result in forfeiture of security deposit and any necessary cleaning fees. Drilling holes into walls is not allowed. However, upon approval, renters may drill holes for TV mounting or curtain mounting purposes. Any approved mounted devices may NOT be removed and must remain installed after end of lease term, unless landlord approves for removal. For all other purposes, renters may only use removable/minimally damaging mounting methods such as Command strips, wire nails, or similar alternatives. All adults (18+) must be listed on the lease. Variable lease terms available. We can work with you on lease duration. Staying in property past lease terms will be on a month-to-month basis at a surcharge of $100/mo on top of base rent + utilities.

I am listing a beautiful three story townhouse conveniently located near the medical center, Hermann park (walking distance), Rice Village, and the… museum district for rent at $2550/mo + utilities. Available for move in as soon as July 5, 2025. Long term and short term leases are welcome. We care about this property and will do our best to provide you with a stress-free living experience! Washer and dryer are 3 years old, and AC system was completely replaced in the summer of 2023.
The unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The secondary bedroom is on the first floor and has concrete floors, two walk in closets, in-unit full bathroom, and access to the outdoor patio. The second floor kitchen and dining/living area is open-concept and opens up into high ceilings and has gorgeous hardwood floors. The second floor additionally has a balcony that opens from the kitchen. The primary bedroom is on the third level with brand new carpet and separate study area and a large finished closet with upgraded drawers and racks.
There is an attached two car garage on the first level. Guest parking is common to the entire compound and is first come first serve. Street parking is also available right outside the complex, a 1-2 minute walk away.
