No smoking is permitted on the property, and any violation will result in additional fees for cleaning and odor removal. Parties and events are prohibited, and only registered guests are allowed. Tampering with smoke detectors incurs a $1,000 fine. Lost keys have a $500 replacement fee. Excessive cleaning after check-out will result in an extra cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for damages and theft. Furniture should not be moved or rearranged. Guests are prohibited from introducing any pest infestation. There is no assurance regarding the functionality of utilities or amenities, and no reimbursements will be provided for failures. Guests are required to inform hosts of any equipment breakdown for necessary repairs. Noise disturbances and excessive volume are prohibited, and noise levels are monitored. Violations may result in fees and removal from the premises. Guests must complete pre-arrival online check-in, including ID verification and a security hold, to receive arrival instructions. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional purchase. No refunds will be provided for disappointment with the property or for unforeseen circumstances like acts of God or utility outages.
