Lovingly restored and updated 4 bedroom 1892 Victorian home in the heart of Bellingham downtown/ York district.… All stainless appliances, new high efficiency heating/ AC cooling system, new electrical, restored original wood floors, fresh paint, and many more details. Our family rescued this home from demolition by moving it down the street and locating it on our shared rental house property. We have spent the past year re-doing the home from top to bottom and are excited to rent it now.
