About the building

I am looking to rent starting November 1- March 1( roughly 4 months). It can be shorter than this too or slightly longer but no full year leases.… Beautiful condo on the beach with brand new kitchen cabinets, Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Very comfortable furniture. Price includes water and trash. Tenant is responsible for the internet and electric(heat is on electric). The condo has a queen in the master bedroom and a full/full size bunk bed with a twin pull out trundle in the other room. The condo has a full size front load washer and dryer. It is located on the first floor, so only one set of stairs to go up. There are two permanent parking spots(you can actually fit 3). There is a large back porch with beautiful views of the ocean. This is a very nice condo in Carolina Beach. I do allow pets for a $40/month fee and also a $1000 refundable security deposit. I will not consider a long term rental because I already have people booked for the spring months.
