Code lock entrance with self check in, quick and easy! The unit is located half a block from boulevard east, the bus passes every 5-10 minutes and takes you to Times Square. Cost is $3-3.50 per person. It will take you 1 minute to get to that bus stop. If you are interested, we ask everyone to please explain your visit and tell us a bit about yourself and the guests staying. We like to get to know the tenants staying at our home. It's about 5 steps outside to reach the front entrance area and then 5 steps down to the unit. *Laundry room is right next to this unit. Mostly private. The cleaning ladies use it occasionally when cleaning common areas. *Guest pay electric/gas bill. Internet and water is included.
