We charge a one-time $250 fee per pet that is non-refundable to cover additional costs of cleaning - Available 04/15/26 - Prefer a 1-year lease but please reach out if you want to discuss a different arrangement - Must obtain renters' insurance - No smoking - Gardening/yard services are not included, so you will need to maintain the yard (rake leaves in the fall and shovel snow in the winter) - Must apply through Zillow Rental Manager - Zillow application includes a background check. We are happy to show you the house before you go through the full application process, though, so you can see if it's a good fit for you. - The Zillow application will take proof of your income (for example, pay stubs). We are the owners and live nearby, so we are generally flexible to come by and give you a tour after current renters move out at the end of March.
