I work in healthcare and tend to be very busy spending most of my time not home. I spend most of my time working, learning, at concerts, watching sports. Portland Airport: 17- 20 minutes away The numbers: Rent $750 (total) Lease contract: 6 month lease contract. Month-to-month rental agreement after initial 6 month period. All utilities are included.
