It even includes a built in firepit and deck for additional decompression after a long day. About me: Born and raised in NE/N Portland. 30's y/o. I work in healthcare and tend to be very busy spending most of my time not home. I spend most of my time working. I like to stay low key and mind my own business. Other roommate: 30's y/o who a career in manufacturing Other roommate: 30's y/o who works in healthcare. Amenities: High speed Wi-Fi. Backyard with fire pit. Concrete deck for BBQ. Ring security alarm 24/7 monitor. Storage cupboards in garage above washer/dryer. Neighborhood: Gas Station: 3 options less than 5 minutes away. Grocery stores: Safeway, Albertson, Fred Meyers 10 minutes away. Gyms: Planet fitness & Crunch 15 minutes away. Portland Airport: 17- 20 minutes away The numbers: Rent $700 (total) Lease contract: 6 month lease contract. Month-to-month rental agreement after initial 6 month period. All utilities are included. (electrical, water, garbage) $450 security deposit (refundable if general/light "wear and tear" of occupied room when moving out). Move in payment: First month rent (pro-rated), security deposit: $1,150. Pro-rated when moving out. Must pass a background check. $15 - $50 non-refundable fee to process your background check. The room is unfurnished and the pictures included in this ad reflect the way we maintain the house and space. We keep it clean and we would share the responsibility of cleaning the bathroom/kitchen/common areas.
