The backyard is yours to do whatever you want with! 1 parking spot, with overflow parking for additional vehicle and/or guest parking. There is a common area side yard where all the Neighbourhood dogs can play together!
While the area is heavy with foot traffic on thr street and there are some homeless camps in the area, this unit is tucked in the back corner where no one has gone. I've never had solicitors or trespassers. It's extremely safe and great for a family!
Walking distance from the newly remodeled Parklane park, there are many other parks nearby and it is also directly next to public transportation as well as plenty of great food and grocery options. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the only reason I'm moving is to be closer to work.
Partially furnished (couch, bed, table, small coushined bench) but that is optional.
Enjoy the fireplace on a cold day and the bay windows when it's nice!!
