The unit has all major appliances, a washer and dryer hook-up, and also a wood-burning fireplace. If you do not own your own washer and dryer, we also provide coin-operated laundry on site. Our laundry room is located on the 3rd floor. This unit has an outdoor deck. We do run a full credit and background check on all prospective tenants that are 18 years of age and older. All prospective tenants must have good credit and have a 700+ credit score with no past dues. The tenants that live in this unit must make a combined 3x the rental amount which equals $6,300 per month. NO MORE THAN 2 INDIVIDUALS MAY LIVE IN THIS UNIT. Water, sewer, garbage and parking for one car in our gated parking garage are INCLUDED with rent. We are a NO SMOKING / NO PETS building. Once you pass credit, you put down a $1000 deposit to hold the unit until you move in. We do not ask for last month's rent. You pay first month's rent when you move in. We keep it simple.
