Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, ample counter space, and coffee set-ups. Parking is easy for groups with up to 4 vehicles in the rear driveway. Additional free street parking is available. Outdoor and garage amenities (including BBQ grills and recreational or storage items) are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained. Located in Caldwell, this property offers quick access to downtown Caldwell dining and shops, and is a short drive to Nampa, Middleton, Parma, and Notus. It also provides easy access to I-84, local parks, event venues, and sports facilities. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee.
