Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Only registered guests are allowed for parties/large gatherings. There is no indoor smoking, and a $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. The pool is not heated and is serviced twice a week during summer months and once a week during all other months. Landscaping is done once a week. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. House rule violations can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. Pest control service is monthly. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.
