The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, three bedrooms with queen-size beds, and a fifth bedroom with bunk beds (queen-over-queen) and a sofa bed. Both bathrooms are full bathrooms, with one being an en-suite in the primary bedroom.
House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. Smart TVs with streaming apps are available.

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives. Bringing, storing, or using any weapon on the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to us and the specific platform you're booking through and local authorities. Only registered guests are allowed. A $500 fine applies for indoor smoking violations; please smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. The pool is serviced twice a week during summer months and once a week during all other months. The pool technician will access the area through the backyard gate. Please note that the pool is not heated. Since the pool is outdoors, it is possible for leaves or natural debris to accumulate between service visits, despite regular maintenance. Landscaping is done once a week. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the house. House rule violations can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. Pest control service is monthly. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.
