Location is in the vibrant Stadium District of Tacoma, near public transit of bus stop across the street, and light rail a short walk away. It is also near hospitals, the beautiful Wright Park, the unique Stadium high school, and not far from the Tacoma location of the University of Washington, and also the University of Puget Sound. Either of these locations is just a bike ride away. The Stadium District is one of the most desirable locations in Tacoma's North End neighborhoods, and it is only a hearty walk. short bus or bike rid to the trendy Proctor District, which also has many trendy shops and restaurants, Saturday Farmers Market and Public Library and Post Office. The Commence Bay Waterfront is also a long walk, bus or bike ride from this home.
