There will be refrigerator space made available and a shareable kitchen. Wifi and utilities are included. The bedroom is approx. 13 ft X 12 ft with a large, sliding door closet.

Nice, professional couple easy to get along with and a daughter that's here part-time. The husband generally works from home upstairs and wife travels to office most every weekday.
