The guest bedroom in the main house has two twin beds. Also included is an additional trundle bed to accommodate one more guest. It has a lovely bathroom that has access to the pool area making it great for the children. Additionally, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room can comfortably accommodate two.
This home has a separate laundry room with sink, which leads to the two car garage.
A screened patio/lanai makes a great place to read a book while watching the golfers stroll by. It overlooks the fifth hole of the Mustang Golf Course which was designed by Lee Trevino. It is decorated with twelve lakes and has been rated 4 stars by Golf Digest Magazine.
