No section 8, no evictions, and no outstanding balances owed to previous landlords. Lease is good for 1 year(365 days) from move in date. Owner has included costs of weekly garbage pick-up (Waste management biweekly yard mowing. Renter will pay water (Valley Public Service Authority), Electric/Gas (Dominion Energy), and any additional cable, internet, or security monitoring services of their choosing. Smart home includes front door ring camera, front yard, and back yard camera. Renter may use this equipment but will be responsible for any damages or cost to replace. Renter must abide by HOA policies including no on street parking, no political signage, no flags (only American Flag), no campers/RV parked on street, no parking on the grass, and only 2 guest/visitors per household for pool (if fob requested and $350 fee paid).
