Lease terms

12 month lease required. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Owner pays HOA fees. Non refundable fee of 200$ for each pet due at lease signing. Each person over the age of 18 who will be living in the home must complete and submit a separate application and processing fee (via Smart Move). Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number. Applicant's monthly household income must exceed three times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. applicant will need to provide paystubs or proof of income as well as the most recent bank statement. If there is a rental history landlord will ask for history and contact information of past landlords to get information about previous tenancy. Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. Credit score must be a minimum of 680. A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18.
