This is more like a hotel But there is no Personal Space in the bathrooms... So Keep it Publicly in the bathrooms. Keep it clean... All Damages will be paid for right then Or charges will pressed &/or jail or both an you will be barred an have to leave the premises right then after you pay all your payments up front. *Buy your own food- Drinks- Clean coffee makers- dishes- countertops- microwave- floors As Needed... I've been told I was the best chef- cook ever. lol *This is Separate from Rental Pricings- *I also offer 5-30 min Massages & Foot bubble Massage Tub Available as well. Also Prices Varies & is separate from rental room pricing. Patio sitting area. Security-Cameras are on site outside & 1 in the living room. No one sees them but me an this is for every guests and myself security. I have several rooms available Depends on how many guests are in your group & Is Always Negotiable on the pricing & Rates. *I do all of the separate paid maid services.

Prices do vary & are negotiable. *This is for short term stays only.
There is no storage units here. Jus walk in closets 1-per bedroom. Plenty of Parking- Free On-Site Parking. No Laundry on-site for guests. *Laundry Mats are all over Aiken if needed. I do not own or have a pack-n-play yet but I plan to get one an the pool and jacuzzi will be up hopefully this summer. I will post when I do. Me & my puppy & a few kid-chickens live here the chickens have their own house in the backyard -seperate from the fenced backyard. My puppy his name is Little Bear- He loves 4-wheeler & car riding. He lives in my bedroom with me- house trained- very clean-stays clean- gets a bath almost nightly & very dog & ppl friendly-smart & adorable . He can be available for petting & treat feedings if y'all wish or not at all. Up to the guests. Beautiful Views in the country... You can sunbathe anywhere out in backyard & at night you can actually see the air traffic from in the backyard but they are quiet as well so far away but you can still see him it's very beautiful watching the Stars too! If y'all have kids... I do not mind babysitting- Pricing is negotiable an having them here as long as they are well behaved- Controlled- in-line Children Only... Please No Wild ones lol There are wine glasses here an the margarita maker shaker- blenders an some wine is here goes with the booking. I'm the kitchenware Queen so I have everything you could possibly think of except coffee an creamer since everyone has different tastes might not like the kind I drink... Plenty of coffee makers an have the 1 cup k-cup coffee maker too an the small espresso machine on an a regular coffee maker. Beautiful Views in the country... Horses surrounding you - Deer- Wild Turkey They keep their distance No worries lol - Butterflies... Jus pure quiet relaxation & pleasure... Their are so many places to ride your horses- side by sides-ATVs- Golf Carts On the back roads... I have a Laptop & Printer if y'all need to get day passes- registration for fishing license an I can put the fishing bait & tackle places on the map- information as well. *If y'all are interested or Walmart Sells Bait + Fishing Licenses as well The SC fishing license I believe costs about $10-$15 Each Per. Sometimes It's free day passes.- If you bring your horses- You will have to put a emergency paddock up or make something for them or we can put one up but you will have to send payment for the materials & labor- ahead of time. Jus let me know. I don't mind. Beautiful remodeled home... With hard wood an carpet floors... *Bathrooms are shared with myself & Maybe a few more guests. Y'all want to be here...
