Rent is Due every 30 days all up front an Deposit is due up front as well. Can pay for 6 months to 1 year Upfront as well. No Checks Allowed- No Cashiers Checks Allowed- I take Cash & Cash app an yes you do get written receipts or I will put it on the lease as well after we talk to see what accommodations you need an want. (1) Dog is Allowed- Hast to be clean well gromed- nails trimmed monthly so they don't mess up linings if they sleep with you. (No Animals are Allowed on The Furniture (Like the Living Room Furniture. I don't care if they on or in your bed lol I do get paid for maid services an dog-horse-goat-Cow Grooming if you ever need these services. We can arrange accommodations. I definitely do not mind more money. lol Absolutely No Cats Allowed inless it is a Lion Or a Tiger. Only (1) Dog Is Allowed,Doesn't matter Size. *Outside Farm Pets Descriptied Are Allowed-Horses-Pet Cow-Pet Goat But must put up your own paddock for your animals & keep it all clean no smells. Only Farm Animal feces Goes in the garden area out back And Are Very MuchAppreciated . Jus be clean & responsible. No Party's-No Events Allowed Unless Property Owner is paid upfront & Agreement is Done. *Maid Service Fees are available but separate from room rental fees *Grease Goes into Pet Bowel or trash can soaked up in paper towels after cooled off of course right lol No Grease down sinks- Butts - Wrappers In Trash or Rates will apply - If drink alcohol beverages jus be responsible or will have to exist the premises or jailed an will be banned from from premises if you can not stay responsiblean & respectful. No Drama- No Kind of nonsense. - No Drugs On Premises. No Businesses ran out of nor from this property without my consent. Return private room keys when leaving out of premises or rates will apply for a locksmith come to rekey door locks. Keep it clean... Used & Dirty cycle products and baby wipes are to go into the provided trash bags tied up then placed into the big kitchen trash can... *Not in Toilet. Replace Bathroom bags as needed & these are always available. If you see that the toilet paper is low on the roller please replace as camper guests are here from time to time they use the quest bathroom. No Personal Items are to be left on nor in the guest bathroom as this is a business. Must keep the guest bathroom clean at all times. Living room an the kitchen is expected to stay clean at all times. Exercise Equipment- Workout Equipment- Board Games- Playing cards- Paints- Games- Books- Yard Games Are Available. Please keep up with games pieces an all Keep it all neat. Put back when finished. Supplies are available as well to keep the house clean as expected. It is still a Public Bathroom- do not keep bathroom - beauty products on bathroom countertops nor in bathroom at all when finished using them. This is more like a hotel But there is no Personal Space in the bathroom inlets we have an agreement for you to use my master bathroom when we have the campingspot guests ... So Keep it Publicly in the bathrooms. Keep it clean... All Damages will be paid for right then Or charges will pressed &/or jail or both an you will be barred an have to leave the premises right then after you pay all your payments up front. This is for you an your Guests. *Buy your own food- Drinks- Clean coffee makers- dishes- countertops- microwave- floors As Needed... Don't get removed for being un-clean. It will not be tolerated any kind of this nor bad behavior... Be Kind- Courteous as well as others- Respect Everyone's Property- Personal Property-Space Etc. Renters are responsible for their own Behavior. You and your Guests Damages will be paid in full right then. It does Not come out of the deposit... *Must Be Upfront & honest. You Will Be asked to pay for Monthly Cleaning Supplies - Paper Towels- Toilet Paper- Trash Bags- Since That stuff is shared- I think we can split the costs an if you drink coffee we can split the difference on those costs too an if you a nt my homemade cooked meals you may want to work something out with me on the grocery bill. lol I normally go Sams Club to get Bulk papper towels an Laundry detergent an all. You may not like the kind I use so I would not expect you to pay for my Laundry supplies. It's just up to you an me to see about whatever you would like to do. I'm not hard to get along with. I enjoy smooth sailing an lots of laughs an conversations- cool outs etc. Hope you are having a great day. P.S. NOT looking for no relationship with my Roommate-Roommates so don't get weird or you will have to find another place to live. That jealousy thing is not tolerated at all No one owns me but me. I been there done that it's awkward an makes me feel very uncomfortable. An No one is going to steal my peace... So let's Not go there. Let's just be friends an enjoy life an talk about all of our ex's together over sum beers lol Also I enjoy my peace No Drama- No Allowed at all. It will Not Be Tolerated! No One Is permitted nor allowed to Move in this residence/business With you at all you are the only one on your lease and it stays permanent until you move out. This is A Definite No! It is okay to have sleepovers an if you Choose to move out to be with them later on you are to give me at least a 60-90 day notice to be able to get your deposit back.
