People other than those in the guest's party designated in the reservation may not stay overnight at the property. Walking on the dunes is forbidden. In case of a storm or hurricane, refunds will only be given if state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations. A rental agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.
