Fort Fisher Civil War Historic Site and the NC State Aquarium are 6 miles south, while the US North Carolina Battleship, Downtown Wilmington Riverwalk, and awesome nightlife are a 25-minute drive away. Amazing restaurants are everywhere, and recommendations are available.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Events are not permitted. Guests are responsible for ensuring no sand is brought into the unit, and excess sand should be rinsed off using the outdoor shower. People other than those in the guest's party designated in the reservation may not stay overnight. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises, nor for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. Guests agree to assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. The property and all furnishings must be kept in good order, and appliances should only be used for their intended purposes. Pets are not allowed. There is no daily housekeeping service, and guests should bring their own beach towels. Walking on the dunes is forbidden; use the provided walkway to access the beach. Refunds for storms are only provided in cases of mandatory evacuations ordered by state or local authorities.
This unit includes an outdoor shower provided for rinsing off sand. Linens are included in the unit, but daily maid service is not. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.
