Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is NOT allowed. Sand in the unit is to be avoided, and guests should not shower off excess sand in the shower or bath. People other than those in the guest's party designated in the reservation may not stay overnight at the property. This house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness while on the premises or its facilities, nor for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Pets are NOT allowed. There is no daily housekeeping service. Walking on the dunes is forbidden; use the walkway to go to and from the beach. In case of a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations. The unit is at the top floor, and the building is elevated due to its proximity to the ocean, and access requires a flight of stairs. There is no elevator, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. Charging golf carts on the property is not permitted.
