Each unit includes 2 designated parking spaces. Golf carts are welcome but count as one of your two parking spaces. Please note that charging golf carts on the property is not permitted. Public parking is available for $5/hour or $25/day, and private parking lots typically charge a flat fee ranging from $25 to $60 per day.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is NOT allowed. Sand in the unit is to be cleaned off in the outdoor shower, not in the unit's shower or bath. Only those listed on the reservation may stay overnight. This house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness while on the premises or its facilities, nor for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Pets are NOT allowed. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens are included in the unit, daily maid service is NOT included in the rental rate. Please bring your own beach towels. Walking on the dunes is forbidden. In case of a storm or hurricane, refunds will only be given if the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area. The building is elevated due to its proximity to the ocean, and access requires a flight of stairs. There is no elevator, and the property is not wheelchair accessible.
