Lease Terms: - All adults (18+) residing in the home must submit a rental application and meet qualification requirements. - Minimum lease: 6 months | Maximum: 12 months - Monthly rent is based on lease term. 12-month lease from $4,395/month. Contact owner for 6 and 9-month lease pricing. - Security deposit equal to 1.5x one month's rent - AT&T Fiber high-speed internet and trash service included - Lawn care fully covered: HOA maintains front yard, owner provides twice monthly backyard mowing.
