This pet-friendly home sleeps up to 12 guests and is just a short walk to the beach, offering space, style, and unbeatable beach access. This home features a bright, sun-filled open living room with coastal vibes, a 65-inch Smart TV, and plenty of seating for everyone to relax. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and marble countertops, with an open layout that keeps everyone connected, and a dining table that comfortably seats 12. Outside, enjoy a sparkling private unheated pool, an enclosed backyard with a covered pergola tiki hut, an outdoor bar area, a BBQ grill, water misters, and an outdoor shower. Central AC, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, and free high-speed Wi-Fi are provided for your comfort. The fully fenced yard is great for kids and pets, and a fire pit is available for use (guests supply propane). Pets are welcome with a fee of $30 per day per pet, capped at $200 per pet. A maximum of one large dog (5075 lbs) or two small dogs (under 40 lbs) is permitted. For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required, with the fee equaling the standard cleaning cost. Located on Mustang Island, this home is just off 11th Street, minutes from Port Aransas dining, shops, and attractions. While the beach is only a short drive away, this home does not have direct beach access. Port Aransas is a vibrant seaside destination known as the 'Fishing Capital of Texas,' offering miles of pristine beaches, dolphin-watching tours, kayaking, wildlife preserves, and world-class birdwatching. Downtown Port A provides a friendly, small-town vibe with boutique shops, art galleries, and seafood restaurants. Enjoy biking along scenic paths, live music, beach bonfires, and pirate-themed adventures, making it an ideal spot for families and couples alike. The pet fee must be paid within one hour of booking, or the reservation will be canceled. Pets must be kenneled and house-trained and kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets, and blankets, or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in outdoor garbage receptacles. Guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals, and emotional support animals are not exempt from pet fees. There is no lifeguard on duty at the unheated pool, and guests swim at their own risk; constant supervision is required for all, especially children and non-swimmers. Life jackets and flotation devices are not provided, and diving is not permitted.
