I too am a travelling professional. I am renting out a spare bedroom with separate private bath.… I would be okay with renting the master bedroom with attached bathroom. I've tried the Flats and couldn't stand living in a shoebox. The room is currently unfurnished but I will furnish ASAP as needed or you can assist with furnishing to your liking in lieu of rent.
$800 for the bedroom w separate bath or $1000 for the master bed with attached bath. There is garage space for an extra $50/ mo.
I am currently furnishing the entire space which will also have a washer and dryer by mid July.
