Check-in requires an electronic key fob for building access and a key for unit entry, both obtained from a lock-box outside the building. Smoking is not allowed inside the house; if smoking outside, ashes must be disposed of in a can. Violating the smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit and potential cleaning fees. Outdoor hot tub use is restricted after 10 PM. Guests are responsible for unclogging any toilets or pipes, with a $100 fee for Homeowner assistance. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Guests are responsible for bringing video games for the console. Trash may be present from prior guests; guests should stack trash bags outside the back door if bins are full. Unfinished laundry from prior guests may be present. Guests are advised to inform the Homeowner of any issues during their stay to allow for resolution before leaving negative feedback. No cats are allowed.
Guests will be provided with linens, towels, kitchen soap, detergent, a laundry machine, a hair dryer, and an iron. Travel cribs, high-chairs, or strollers can be provided free of charge upon request, with additional items costing $25 per stay.
