The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, utensils, appliances, and other items needed to make full meals. Enjoy entertainment on the smart TV, ready for you to log into your favorite streaming services. Both bathrooms are full bathrooms, with one featuring a shower/tub combo and the other a walk-in shower. Premium hotel-quality linens and towels are provided, along with soaps, detergents, paper products, an iron & ironing board, and a washer & dryer.
The condo complex features a seasonal outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a large 24-hour gym. A convenience store and a coffee shop are also available on-site, along with several jungle gyms for kids. Dogs are welcome with a $99 pet fee per stay, but no cats are allowed. Your assigned parking spot is inside a highly-secure, covered gated garage.
Located right across from the Gateway Shopping District and just 3.5 blocks from the Salt Palace Convention Center, this condo is within easy walking distance of Vivint Arena, Temple Square, Gateway Mall, City Creek Mall, and dozens of great restaurants. The Gateway Shopping District is a very walkable and eclectic area filled with shops, brew-pubs, sports bars, museums, comedy clubs, laser tag, and a Dave & Busters. A light rail stop is close to the condo complex, providing easy access throughout the city and to the airport.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the house at any time. If you smoke outside, ashes must be disposed of properly in a can and then in the trash once cooled. Failure to follow these rules will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit and potential cleaning fees. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Guests are responsible for unclogging any toilets or pipes, with a $100 fee if the homeowner has to do it. The video game console does not come with games. Outdoor hot tubs are not to be used past 10 PM, with a $250 fine for violations. Children under 18 require adult supervision in hot tubs, and children under 8 are not allowed at any time. Guests are responsible for cleaning the hot tub if excessive debris gets in. The hot tub temperature should not exceed 100 degrees when not in use. Guests may find trash from prior guests and should stack trash bags outside the back door if curbside bins are full. Unfinished laundry from prior guests may also be present. Check-in instructions will be sent a few days before arrival, and access is via an electronic key fob and a key from a lockbox. The cleaning fee is a one-time charge for cleaning after checkout. Convention rates and holidays may override standard rates. Rates fluctuate automatically based on supply and demand, but will be locked in at the time of payment. One travel crib, high-chair, self-inflating twin bed kit, and baby stroller are provided free of charge upon request; additional items cost $25 per stay.
