- Extremely close to grocery stores and restaurants that are right down the road.
- Close to new Buc-ee's that just opened!
- Less than a mile from a YMCA that has farmer's market weekly in the nicer months.
Negotiable on date available. House should be move-in ready by June 2026, but could negotiate sooner move-in if needed!
