(fridge, microwave, stove, tvs, couches and beds) Housing for a family of 4 . Electricity is included with rent. Tennant responsible for water, gas and Tv service. Tennant must maintain the property free of clutter and must water existing trees. Pets are allowed with additional fee. Military personal welcome. Military clause (SCRA) allowing early termination if you receive permanent change of station or deployment orders. House is non-smoking. Any physical damage to house will cost you your deposit. House located in quite area so no parties or loud noises between 10pm - 6am. Landlord will give 24 hr notice before entering the home.

The property is a 3 bed 1.5 bath cozy house, fully fenced. There are a few fruit trees and a swing set in the private back yard.… Large enough for pets to enjoy. Front yard is mostly gravel with a few plants and trees. House has solar panels so electricity is included in rent. Tenant must pay for other utilities. As you walk into the home (it has flooring throughout the house.) you are greeted by a spacious living room with two large couches a 65 inch tv and space heater fireplace. Living room has a new split unit for cooling and heating. The dining room has a tall table that will sit 6. The cozy kitchen has most of the essentials a kitchen needs. The appliances are all fairly new and stainless steel. As you enter the hallway you have the full bath then washer and dryer and the bedrooms. First and second rooms are a nice size each with a nice sized closet, ceiling fan and window ac. The first room has a queen bed. The second room has a twin bed. The master bedroom has ceiling fan window ac, 65 inch tv and the half bath. It also has a king bed and small desk. The house is located at a very short distance from shopping, dining, gym and parks (Joshua Tree National park). There is even a casino nearby.
