Parking is available in the garage for 1 vehicle and driveway parking for 1 vehicle. Mid-size SUVs or smaller are recommended for the garage. Please note that street parking is not permitted and vehicles may be towed. Commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, boats, or oversized vans are not allowed. Parking is at the guest's risk, and guests are advised to secure valuables and lock their vehicles. For guests with pets, there is a fee of $19 per night for 1 pet (capped at $200 per stay) and $29 per night for 2 pets (capped at $300 per stay).

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, patios, balconies, garages, or entryways. Smoking is permitted off the premises only. Smart smoke detectors are installed, and smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise monitoring devices are installed inside the home and do not record audio. Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts, and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. No parties or events are permitted, and only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. Guests must check in independently using a smart lock. Check-in and check-out instructions will be provided. Guests must select a $500 refundable security deposit or a $29 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped at $250 per stay) after booking. Primary guests must be 21 or older. Guests ages 1820 may book a reservation with a one-time fee. All guests 18 and older must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Mail and package deliveries are not permitted to the property, and luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. Starter supplies are provided, and replenishments are not included unless scheduled. Smartphone and app access might be required for entry and communication.
