Lease terms

Smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco or cannabis products are not permitted inside the home, garage, or on the property. Pets are welcome with landlord approval. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after pets and for any pet-related damage beyond normal wear and tear. Pet deposit and pet rent. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and sanitary condition. No illegal activity permitted on the premises. Quiet enjoyment of the property and consideration for neighbors is required. Renters insurance is required and must be maintained throughout the lease term. Occupancy is limited to approved tenants listed on the lease agreement. Any alterations, painting, satellite dish installation, or major modifications to the property require prior written approval from the landlord. Tenant is responsible for promptly reporting maintenance issues to prevent property damage. Property must be returned in substantially the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear. Tenant responsible for water, gas, electric, sewer and trash. Landlord will provide weekly landscaping services included in cost of rent.
