Landlord will pay for quarterly pest control. -Water, sewage and trash is through City of Fayetteville -electric is Duke -Spectrum-internet The renter will be responsible for yard maintenance. I do have a well trusted and reasonable person I've hired to mow the lawn and would be happy to share his contact information. A one-year lease will be required. All adults living in the house will require an application. Only people that are on the lease and children under 18 will be allowed to live in the home without being on the lease. Quarterly in home inspections will be required to ensure there are no repair needs, home damage, or safety issues.
