Share the washer and dryer and kitchen/living room. I live VERY close to the Royse City Walmart (1 min walk) and close to I-30. You will get your own alarm system code and front door code to unlock door/get in. (4 digit number code that YOU get to choose!) Deposit of $815 required. No pets. No drugs of ANY kind, even weed. Non-smoking person please as smoking is not permitted in my house. You will not be allowed to bring anyone over to my house so preferably be a single person. This will be a month to month lease that you can terminate at any time (with a 30 day notice) and that I can also terminate at any time (with a 30 day notice). YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER DEAL IN THIS ECONOMY! NOT WITH THIS BEING SO CLOSE TO I-30 AND RESTAURANTS AND WALMART!!
