About the building

This home will need some plumbing in the back bathroom due to the water was at a constant drip. Water spout is broken.… The floor in that bathroom will need to be completely replaced due to very soft and the toilet is ready to fall through the floor with the tub. The other bathroom will need to have plumbing inspected as well. I did not see any major water damage, but a lot of soft spots. Flooring throughout home is pretty decent. Kitchen counters and cabinets will need to be replaced, just because of out dated, the front porch will be taken off due to safety reasons. Back deck is pretty fair, may need to be painted and repaired with newer sturdy boards.
