Feel at home in this elegant 6-bedroom, 5000 sqft mansion, located just 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta. This luxurious estate features all-new furnishings and plush 16-inch mattresses in naturally lit bedrooms.
This modern estate boasts an open living room with a 6-foot window wall, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, and a formal dining area for 10. The lower level includes a spacious Master Suite with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a Queen Suite with two queen beds, and a bonus room perfect for children. Upstairs, you'll find additional bedrooms, a workspace, and a twin bed. The 6th bedroom is a small room inside another room and does not have its own private door. Enjoy the screened-in deck, a large patio with seating for 10+, and a beautiful pool with varying depths. The estate also offers a basketball hoop and soccer goals.
Parking for 10+ vehicles is available on-site. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with an additional fee of $150 for three or more pets. An early check-in may be available for a fee of $50. Additional guests beyond the 6th guest will be charged a fee of $19 per night per guest. Visitors are welcome with a one-time fee of $19 per guest. Social gatherings and events are permitted with a maximum limit of 60 guests, and a fee of $29 per guest will be charged for any additional guests not included in the reservation.
Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this luxurious mansion offers a quiet oasis within close proximity to Atlanta's attractions. Downtown Atlanta is only a 20-minute drive away, providing easy access to the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, and the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site. For outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby Davidson-Arabia Mountain Nature Preserve offers over 2,000 acres of hiking and biking trails, lakes, and more. Foodies can explore local restaurants like The Island Spot and The Real Milk & Honey. Stonecrest Mall, featuring over 100 stores, is just a 10-minute drive away.
The pool is not heated and is on a weekly cleaning schedule. Hanging on the basketball rim or rough play with the football goal is strictly prohibited and may incur a minimum charge of $475 for repair or replacement. A strict non-smoking policy is enforced both inside and outside the home, with a minimum charge of $250 for odor remediation in case of violation. Trash can lids must be kept closed, and excess trash will need to be taken with you, or an extra charge of $75 will apply for removal. Guests must be at least 21 years old. Photo ID is required prior to check-in. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, as plumbing issues from flushing prohibited items may result in repair charges. Damages to towels, linens, or furniture may result in charges for repairs or replacements. Communication is available through the booking website between 8 AM - 10 PM. For check-ins after 7 PM, please notify the host on the day of arrival for key code preparation.
