A one-car garage is available for secure parking and outdoor lights on the back patio are on a dusk-to-dawn timer for easy late arrivals. Pets are welcome with a $75 pet fee. Additional guests beyond two are charged $15 per night each.
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this home is conveniently located minutes from St. James wineries, Meramec Springs Park, and historic Route 66. It's approximately 45-50 minutes to Ft. Leonard Wood and about 1 hour and 45 minutes to St. Louis.
Please note that the home is located near train tracks, and occasional train noise is possible. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home, with a $200 per day smoking fee charged for violations. Parties and events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM or after, and check-out is at 11 AM. Early or late times are rarely available, so please book an extra day if needed. Trash must be bagged and taken to the dumpster. Charcoal grills are not allowed, as a gas grill is provided. Pets must be crated if left unattended indoors. Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilets. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Laundry should be done in one small or medium load at a time on the regular or normal cycle; do not overfill or use heavy duty or long cycles. A $50 return trip fee applies if cleaners must return due to late departure. Breaking rules or taking amenities that cause a refund for the next guest will result in responsibility for missing items and lost booking. Rental agreements are required for stays of 14+ days.
