We are out of town for the summer and putting our beautiful house up for rent. Exact dates: June 1 - August 31. DATES FLEXIBLE. Renting for just a part of the time is fine. Rent will be prorated. 5 minute walk from Gordonston Park. 8 minute drive from downtown Savannah (Broughton, River Street, SCAD, etc) 20 minute drive to Tybee. About the house: 2100 square feet 4 bedrooms (currently set up as 2 beds, 2 offices) 2 baths King size bed in main bedroom Twin and trundle cot in smaller bedroom Beautiful living room with 65-inch TV with all streaming apps Dining room with hand-painted antique table Eat-in kitchen Gorgeous backyard with salt-water pool, fish pond, treehouse, blueberry bush, and citrus trees Screened-in porch in backyard Storage shed with laundry Carport WE WILL REQUIRE TWO REFERENCES. This is our home and we want to rent it to people who will care for it as if it's their own. 1 pet okay. NO SMOKING, VAPING, ETC. Please reach out to see the house and discuss details.
