Lease terms

Rent due on 1st of the month; $25.00/day late fee; returned checks $40 bank fee. Tenant to notify landlord of any defects or dangerous conditions. No painting without Landlord written permission. No smoking. No firearms to be used on premises. Only occupants listed on lease permitted to live in premises. Current appliances included; replacements or repairs not guaranteed. Premises to be kept clean and sanitary, no damages to flooring, walls, drapes, etc. Tenant to pay plumber's fees if objects other than human waste clogging toilets, plumbing. No burning indoor or outdoor. No aggressive or exotic pets. Tenants responsible for snow, ice removal. No driving, parking on lawn areas. Residential normal use vehicles only; ie, no semi-tractor trailers, etc. Brush to be disposed of regularly. Tenant to give 90 day notice not to renew. All items not wanted by Tenant to be disposed of through weekly garbage pickup.
