This well-maintained apartment community is known as Palm City Apartments and is located in a quiet neighborhood, that our 5 buildings are the entrance of. Our large 1 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom townhomes make it a very spacious and comfortable place to live. Buildings have a new roof, impact windows and front door, and plenty of parking spaces. The apartment buildings have an onsite laundry room with 1 coin operated washer and 1 coin operated dryer while our townhome units, have washer/dryer hook ups.
