Property Use and Behavior This is a short-term rental only; no long-term tenancy rights are created. Guest must maintain basic cleanliness during the stay. No illegal activity, disruptive behavior, or excessive noise. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM 7:00 AM Guest must respect neighbors and HOA community rules. 3. Smoking Policy No smoking inside the home. Smoking outdoors only, and all waste must be disposed of properly. A deep-cleaning fee of $___ may be charged for violations. 4.
