Lease terms

1. Occupancy Limits Maximum number of guests allowed: 8 Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved overnight guests. No parties or large gatherings at any time. 2. Property Use and Behavior This is a short-term rental only; no long-term tenancy rights are created. Guest must maintain basic cleanliness during the stay. No illegal activity, disruptive behavior, or excessive noise. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM 7:00 AM Guest must respect neighbors and HOA community rules. 3. Smoking Policy No smoking inside the home. Smoking outdoors only, and all waste must be disposed of properly. A deep-cleaning fee of $___ may be charged for violations. 4. Pet Policy Choose the option you prefer: Option A No Pets: No pets are allowed on the property. Unauthorized pets will result in a $___ fee plus cleaning and damage charges.
