Hi!… My two-floor condo located right on Somerton Station (literally) is a commuter's dream but also a great safe place for a young family with respected schools and extracurricular programs in the area.
The photos are old! Walls have been repainted a neutral color, kitchen stove has been replaced with a new gas one and the washer/dryer upstairs is brand new just a few months old.
Lovely sushi, pizza, asian, middle eastern, and european food nearby. Grocery stores (including Net Cost Market), barber shops, shipping, gas stations, banks, coffee -- everything is nearby.
The train station this condo is situation against as well as the nearby I-676 will get you to center city Philadelphia in 40 minutes.
The community is a great mix of people from all places of all ages and is welcoming. New rules! One dog is allowed. Small dog please.
You can have a little table and a small propane grill outside, you can plant some plants in the front.
One designated parking space per unit. Unit available with 2 month notice.
